BMWジャパン、新社長に上野金太郎氏が就任　メルセデス・ベンツ日本の前社長 ビー・エム・ダブリュー（BMWジャパン、東京都港区）は4月1日、社長に上野金太郎氏（61）が就任したと発表した。上野氏はメルセデス・ベンツ日本（MBJ、ゲルティンガー剛社長兼CEO、千葉市美浜区）の前社長で、ディーラーのトップを経て、再びインポーターのかじ取りを担うことになる。 　また、BMWジャパンでは3月に長谷川正敏氏（60）が社長を退任しており、これまで財務責任者のニクラス・エシング氏が暫定的に社長を務めていた。 　上野氏は2024年12月までの約12年間、MBJの社長や会長を務めてきた。若年層の獲得に向けたマーケティングを強化するなどし、15年には販売台数で16年ぶりの輸入車トップに押し上げるなどシェア拡大をけん引してきた。日本自動車輸入組合（JAIA）の理事長も3度にわたって務めてきた。 　MBJの会長を退いた後は、複数の輸入車ディーラーを手掛けるティーアイホールディングス（井上敬文社長、大阪府茨木市）で、経営の陣頭指揮などに当たってきた。 　上
