It’s time for the all-new Lamborghini Temerario to go up against the Ferrari 296 in a drag race, rolling race & brake test!
We’ve got our hands on Lamborghini’s Huracan replacement, and it’s going up against one of its key rivals - the Ferrari 296! The question is, will the three motors in the Lamborghini prove it’s just too powerful for the Ferrari to keep up?
Let’s take a closer look at the stats…
The Temerario is powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, coupled with three electric motors. Combined, they produce an almighty 920hp and 730Nm, and it tips the scales at 1,790kg. As new, it costs £259,567.
As for the 296, it’s powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo V6 coupled with an electric motor. The two combine to produce 830hp and 740Nm, with this power sent to the rear wheels only! It weighs in at 1,558kg, and as new, it costs £259,575.
