We brought the 2024 AMG GT63 and the 2024 AMG CLA45S to Ghost Lake in Alberta, Canada, for the ultimate ice showdown. With a frozen circuit beneath them and TireLink winter tires keeping them in check, both cars pushed to set the fastest lap.
But just when you thought it was over, Chinook decided to up the stakes. Swapping out the winter tires for studded winter tires, he went for one more lap. More grip, more confidence — but could it be enough to beat the GT63’s time?
