Surface Pro 4出包 微軟建議方案
微軟新推出的Surface Book和Surface Pro 4，近來傳出硬體相關問題；台灣微軟建議，Surface Pro 4台灣用戶可先至官方網站更新完整的資訊，並撥打客服專線諮詢。
據知名科技網站engadget報導，雖然Surface Book和Surface Pro 4獲媒體測試好評，但最早一批消費者卻發現螢幕閃爍、系統不穩、耗電過快等問題；儘管微軟已推送多次韌體和軟體更新，解決部分問題，但engadget引述Surface部門工程經理的說法指出，耗電問題最快要到明年才能解決。
繼微軟於12月11日在官方英文部落格發表文章、針對Surface Book和Surface Pro 4「不夠完美的體驗（less-than-perfect experience）」向用戶道歉後，台灣微軟今天也發布官方回應，向已購買Surface Pro 4的台灣消費者提出建議。
台灣微軟表示：「我們一直以來對客戶的聲音和建議都非常重視，也因此，持續讓每位客戶對於我們的產品都有美好的使用經驗是我們一直努力的方向；此外，我們也不斷地收集客戶的回應以提供更新更安全的硬體與軟體服務。」
對於使用Surface Pro 4產品有問題的客戶，台灣微軟建議可先至官方網站更新完整的資訊，並參閱Surface Pro 4更新紀錄英文版和中文版；同時，台灣微軟也歡迎客戶聯繫和告知，建議可撥打微軟客服專線0800-008-833諮詢。
Microsoft: We’re sorry for ‘less-than-perfect’ Surface experience
Microsoft has issued an apology to customers who have had a “less-than-perfect experience” since adopting one of its new Surface products. The company also says more updates are coming to fix issues with the Surface Book and Surface Pro 4.
Since these two machines made their official debuts in late October, they’ve been plagued by a number of nasty software bugs, causing flickering screens and poor performance. Microsoft has already fixed some of these, and it promises it is “working to issue additional updates and fixes as soon as possible.”
The company has also published an apology on its Microsoft Community forum. “For those of you who’ve had a less-than-perfect experience, we’re sorry for any frustration this has caused,” the post reads.
“Please know that we’re reading your comments and hearing you loud and clear. Your input is incredibly valuable in helping us address your questions with timely updates and fixes. Since launch, we have aggressively pursued the most pressing feedback.”
Microsoft recommends that you keep an eye on its support page to ensure you get the latest Surface updates as soon as they’re available.
Despite these issues, Microsoft’s new Surface devices has been fairly well-received since they went on sale, with mostly glowing reviews for both devices; they’re two of the most exciting 2-in-1 devices available today for Windows 10 users.
