進藤ヒカル: 構圖可以像這樣來拍。但是我故意用「內藏閃光燈」來拍！
也就是說，不管你的技術再好、構圖再怎樣優異、藝術，用「內藏閃光燈」就只能拍出這種寫真。
以上的寫真不是用來證明我的攝影技術差！或是「內藏閃光燈」超爛！
是想要告訴你，在攝影來說「光線」非常重要！不然再怎樣好的東西、場面，也只能拍出難看的寫真。同樣的構圖，只要改變「光線」（當然是調整閃光燈）拍出來的效果就會差很大！好很多！
你到目前為止，都是用「均亮」的方式來拍（「跳燈」也只能這樣。不能說是不好，在許多場合，「跳燈」反而是最自然的），我則是用「午後陽光」的手法來拍，光線是來自寫真的左上角的方向。這樣能拍出光線的明暗感。
