如果是我的話，不管是「美食」還是「人像」我會用這樣的設定來拍：
・閃光燈用i-TTL、全自動、跳燈。
・光圈：f/6.3或f/8
・快門：1/100秒（快門太高也沒意義！比如拍「美食写真」，美食本身又不會高速移動！
）室內人像也沒有「運動」或是「跳舞」，通常只要「1/100秒」到「1/125秒」就很夠用了！・ISO 800或ISO 1600。
要使用哪一個ISO，要看「天花板」情況而定。只要「跳燈」的反射光夠明亮，就可以用比較低一點點的ISO。但不建議用ISO 400或ISO 200！這會導致拍出「背景漆黑」的室內！
